As a service to our clients it is our policy that all decision-makers in the household/business be part of the landscaping planning process. Making an investment in landscaping can be fun and fulfilling in a variety of ways. It is very important that anyone who will have input now or in the future be represented in the early planning stages to insure satisfactory results. 15. Maintenance and Establishment (Questions 38-41)
IRRIGATION
After planting it is important to keep the plants properly watered during establishment. It is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure that the watering is done. During summer establishment it may only take a day without watering for some plants to die.

MAINTENANCE
All landscapes need a certain level of maintenance. Maintenance may include but is not limited to mowing grass, weeding, pruning, deadheading flowers, protecting plants and watering. Maintenance is an issue that all property owners must address. Specialized products can be installed to reduce costs over time.
